Antonio Francesco Morone
Born in Turin in 1978, Antonio F. Morone graduated in law from the University of Turin in 2001, where he obtained a PhD in Italian and comparative criminal law in 2006. He has been a lawyer since 2004 and deals with corporate criminal law, since 2017 he has been a lawyer in the higher jurisdictions. He is President or member of several supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. Since 2002 he has been collaborating with the University of Turin, where for the academic year 2022/2023 he is Adjunct Professor in Criminal Law. He has published more than 50 contributions in criminal matters, including two monographs, one on corruption (2016) and the other on nuisance of public tenders (2021).
